Training for SMART InsideOut is Available

For groups of 10 or more we offer a live Zoom 3-Day Training for your organization. (If you have less than 10 people to train check out the alternate SMART Recovery Correctional Program options below) With the live Zoom Training you will have 2 live trainers. Trainees will receive an InsideOut Facilitator’s Manual, an InsideOut Participant Workbook and a SMART Recovery Handbook. Pricing starts at $450 per person. Alternate SMART Recovery Correctional Programs

Learn SMART InsideOut Fast is a publication better suited for jails thought can also be used effectively in prisons. It includes the same tools as the regular InsideOut program in only 12 sessions. To use this publication in your facility you will need to complete the GSF201 Facilitator Training, GSF203 Facilitator with Family & Friends Training or GSF301 Professional training. See training options here. If help is needed beyond the training, we can support you with additional one hour training sessions at the cost of $100 per session. Successful Life Skills is another publication that works well for correctional settings and aftercare programs. It includes the same tools as the regular InsideOut program as well as budgeting, support and various other life skills that will be important as one transitions back into society. To use this publication, you will need to complete the GSF201 Facilitator Training, GSF203 Facilitator with Family & Friends Training or GSF301 Professional training. See training options here. SMART Recovery was established in 1994 in the USA to meet the increasing demand of health professionals and their patients for a secular and science-based alternative to the widespread 12-Step addiction recovery program.

Such was its popularity that SMART Recovery grew from 42 group meetings at the beginning to more than 2000 in North America alone today and now proliferating worldwide in 23 countries and counting.
