    Default My Journey

    I've been looking forward to posting on this thread and now here I am!

    I am 1 year sober today!!!
    Here are a few of the things I've learned over the past year.

    I am a good person,no matter how many times I've told myself I wasnt.
    I can say No and the world won't come crumbling down.
    I have a lot to offer.
    My family loves me unconditionally,even when I wasn't so loveable.
    I am a good friend.
    I am a good sister.
    I am a good Mother.
    I am a good wife.

    I see the world with open eyes and an open heart.
    I have boundaries.
    I have self respect and respect from others.
    I have no more guilt and shame.
    I trust myself and have trust back from those I have hurt.
    I have gratitude for all that is helping me on this journey.

    I am NOT a recovering alcoholic.
    I am a NON Drinker.
    I am Happy.
    I am Me and I am O.K.
