Today I celebrate 4 Years!

4 years of learning about me. The me I am meant to be.

4years ago I realized I couldn’t do this alone,and happily found out I didn’t
have to do it alone.I asked for help and got it and still continue with that
support and for that I am forever grateful.

This is my journey with no end date but many possibilities!I don’t take it
for granted. Ever!

In 4 years I’ve learned I have a choice how I handle my problems,
my life,my relationships,Everything.

Whats different now? I’ve slowed down my thinking and I use the tools here
on Smart!
The 3 p’s are my favourite.Patience,practice and Persistance.I am much
stronger than I ever thought possible.
For the new people starting on this journey I want to say,you too can do this.
It won’t be easy but with hard work it can be done and is SO WORTH IT.

I so dig that 'learning about me' .. yes to progress, abcd, cba.. I also hear of a tool called the 4 a's that help me. aware, admit, accept, action.. i like the 3 p's too!!!
