4 Years

Hi All

I have now been with SMART for 4 Years--Took until September though to actually go to meetings and all.

Have 15 Years Total Sober Time since 2002--11 with other programs and then the 4 with SMART.

As I begin this journey in earnest, I'm already frustrated and a little angry. These are the first to major emotions that jumped out and I'm thinking of food and alcohol. Help

I don't know what I'm doing. ? 2 days in. AS I begin this journey in earnest, I am already frustrated and angry. These will be my two biggest triggers. I'm struggling with over eating and drinking to settle my emotional energy. Off to the gym...
