moving day
ever since i turned 19 and was old enough to buy my own alcohol i would always have a few drinks after a move, i wouldn't over do it but it became a ritual for the last 19 yrs. i just moved last week and this was the first time i had moved since i stopped drinking last august. as the move was coming to an end i had this urge to drink for about an hour. after some thought in to it, as to why i wanted to drink and weighing what i have just gone through i was able to make the smart choice and skip the beer store.

That's good! I had a long list of triggers which gradually got replaces with something else.
