Outpatient individualized, non-confrontational help, guidance and treatment for addictions (alcohol, substance abuse and activity addictions) and any co-occurring disorders (anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, bi-polar disorder, insomnia and others). Various alternative approaches including therapy based on SMART Recovery's and Moderation Management's programs; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Information and support for the concerned significant others of those with addictions, plus non-confrontational alternatives to nagging, pleading and threatening - proven superior to Al-Anon and the Rev. Vernon Johnson’s confrontational Interventions.
